Digital Delivery of Cruise Products
At Long Long Vacation (LLV), we specialize in providing cruise-related services, including cruise tickets, tour packages, onboard experiences, and shore excursions. Since our products are exclusively service-based and digital, no physical shipping is required.
How You Receive Your Purchase
All documentation, including booking confirmations, tickets, vouchers, and detailed itinerary information, is delivered electronically.
Email Confirmation: Immediately after your purchase is confirmed and processed, a detailed confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. This email serves as your official receipt and primary confirmation of your booking.

Digital Documents: Your official e-tickets, boarding passes, tour vouchers, and any other necessary documentation will be attached to or linked within this confirmation email, the issue time of e-tickets may vary with different cruise company. These documents are typically provided in a PDF format that you can easily print at home or save to your mobile device. If you are not able to print out the documents, LLV provide print out service, feel free to contact us for more detail.
Delivery Timeline

Immediate Confirmation: The confirmation email is typically sent within a day to a week of a successful booking and payment.

Final Documents: In some cases, such as with certain cruise lines or specific tour operators, the final, official e-tickets may only be released by the provider closer to the departure date. If this is the case, we will notify you in your initial confirmation email and will send the final documents to you as soon as they become available, well in advance of your travel date.
